Reviseright.org sells digital products only. This page explains how delivery works and what to do if you can’t access your files.

All purchases are delivered electronically via:
The Order Received (Thank You) page immediately after payment, and/or
My Account → Downloads, and/or
Order confirmation email (depending on your email settings)
No physical items are shipped.
Most orders provide access immediately after successful payment.
In some cases, access may be delayed due to:
Payment verification (bank review, gateway checks)
Network or email delivery delays
Temporary server issues
If you do not see your download within a few minutes, follow Section 4 below.
After payment, you will be redirected to the Order Received page where your downloads may appear.
Log in and go to:
My Account → Downloads
Check your inbox/spam for the order email used at checkout.
Try the steps below:
Refresh the page and wait 30–60 seconds
Check My Account → Downloads
Confirm you are logged into the correct account/email used at checkout
Check spam/junk folder for the confirmation email
Try a different browser/device or disable VPN/ad-block temporarily
Still stuck? Email sales@reviseright.org with:
Order number
Email used at checkout
Screenshot of the issue (optional, but helpful)
Digital products may include common formats such as PDF, ZIP, DOCX, or other study resources. You are responsible for having software capable of opening the file types you purchase.
If a file is corrupted or incomplete due to our error, contact us and we will provide a replacement.
To protect our content, we may enforce:
Download limits
Anti-sharing protection
Temporary access restrictions if suspicious activity is detected
These measures help prevent unauthorized redistribution.
