Because Reviseright.org sells digital products, our refund rules are different from physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Support: sales@reviseright.org
All products sold on Reviseright.org are digital downloads / digital access.
Once a digital product is delivered (download link provided, access granted, or file delivered by email), the purchase is generally non-refundable.
This policy exists because digital goods cannot be “returned” once accessed.
We will issue a refund or replacement if any of the following is true:
You were charged more than once for the same order.
You paid successfully but did not receive access to your download and we confirm the issue was on our side.
You accidentally purchased the same product twice (same customer, same item).
If a file is broken and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind
You no longer need the product
You bought the wrong item (please contact us quickly — we may help with an exchange, but it’s not guaranteed)
You cannot open the file due to missing software/device compatibility
Failure to read product description before purchase
Sharing/redistribution violations or suspicious activity
Chargebacks filed without contacting support first (see section 6)
After payment, your download link is available in:
The Order Received (Thank You) page, and/or
My Account → Downloads
If you can’t find your file, contact us at sales@reviseright.org and include:
Order number
Email used at checkout
A screenshot of the issue (if possible)
Email sales@reviseright.org with:
Order number
Email used at checkout
Reason for request
If your case qualifies under Section 2, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the payment provider/bank.
If you believe there is a billing problem, contact us first at sales@reviseright.org so we can resolve it quickly.
We keep logs for fraud prevention, including:
Download access records
Login activity
Transaction confirmations
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Account restriction
Loss of access to products
Dispute evidence submitted to the payment processor
Reviseright.org does not sell physical goods at this time.
If we begin selling physical products in the future, this policy will be updated with return instructions.
We may update this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date.
